Viva Day Spa + Med Spa in Austin, TX seeks an Experience Specialist (Med Spa Coordinator) to enhance guest experiences and drive service excellence. The role requires coordinating daily med spa operations, delivering five-star hospitality, and achieving sales KPIs while managing rebooking and upgrades.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays along with a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to make a minimum 1 year commitment to the department.
• Efficient use of time and superior time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of med spa services, including laser treatments and injectables.
• Drive sales to exceed KPIs and focus on rebooking and upgrading.
• Maintain professional communication and high service standards with guests.
