Job summary

Viva Day Spa + Med Spa in Austin, TX is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to deliver exceptional facial and skincare services, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate guests on home-care routines.

You'll build lasting guest relationships, maintain documentation, and support retention and guest satisfaction while upholding Viva's hospitality standards and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional esthetics experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and corrective skincare.
• Experience performing customized facials and advanced skincare treatments.
• Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care, SkinCeuticals, Skin Better, Venn, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED therapy, and other advanced skincare treatments preferred.
• Luxury spa, hospitality, wellness, or resort experience preferred.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services that meet Viva standards
• Customize treatments based on guest goals, skin concerns, lifestyle, and treatment history
• Build lasting guest relationships through trust, consistency, and professionalism
• Educate guests on skincare, treatment recommendations, and home-care routines
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation; uphold sanitation and safety standards
• Contribute to retention, rebooking, and guest satisfaction goals
• Support retail goals through authentic education and personalized product recommendations
