Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa Med Spa in Dallas, TX, seeks a seasoned Med Spa Manager / Injector who will lead the twelve-strong Injector team while still treating guests part-time.

You will recruit, train, and mentor Injectors, develop treatment plans and memberships, manage vendor relations, and stay at the forefront of industry trends. This role blends leadership with hands-on care in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or NP with leadership experience.
• Proficient with scheduling software and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead interview and train Injectors, focusing on treatment plans, memberships, and guest experience.
• Coach the team in building their business and enhancing services.
• Identify continuing education opportunities and new treatments.
• Update protocols and education manuals; monitor trends.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations for all locations.
• Partner with vendors for trainings and support.
• Promote excellence and professional culture.
• Collaborate with Spa Management to maintain a welcoming environment.
