Hiatus Day Spa Med Spa in Dallas, Texas seeks a seasoned Med Spa Manager / Injector to lead and elevate our clinical operations while remaining in the treatment room part-time. You will oversee an injector team of twelve and guide ongoing education, product knowledge, and superior guest experiences.

You will mentor clinicians, drive recruitment, and partner with vendors to keep our offerings cutting-edge, while maintaining a culture of excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or NP with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop clinical staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead injector team and interview top talent.
• Coach team in treatment planning, memberships, and client experience.
• Identify education opportunities and develop new treatments.
• Update protocols and education materials.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations across locations.
• Foster culture of excellence and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with Spa Management to maintain a positive work environment.
