Job summary

SpringPath Mental Health Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks an ILS Med Room Support to join an Intensive Residential Treatment Services team. You will assist the nurse with medication-related tasks and help provide care, treatment and rehabilitation for adults with serious mental illness.

The role involves supporting daily operations, promoting well-being, and coordinating with staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma with 2,000 supervised hours in the delivery of services to adults with serious mental illness.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Promote physical, social, and psychological well-being of persons served.
• Interact with persons served and staff to enhance quality of life.
• Assist Nursing team and other staff per treatment plans.
• Support health care, safety, and behavior supports per procedures.
• Perform administrative duties (scanning, faxing, organizing).
• Transport persons served as needed.
• Provide group and individual services and teach independent living skills.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with teams and outside providers.
• Assist with medication administration documentation with nurse.

Education
