Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Two-year supervisory experience preferred (clinical supervision).
• Licensure in a relevant field (LICSW/LP/LPCC/LMFT) required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services and supervision of staff at assigned location.
• Organize admissions and discharges and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct clinical direction and ensure compliance with licenses and CARF standards.
• Conduct staff supervision, evaluations, and training to maintain quality outcomes.
