Responsibilities

• Maintain client files according to HHSC and Joint Commission requirements.
• Maintain and update client appointment schedules for medical providers and related services.
• Order and replace supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Observe and document client self‑administration of medications in the e-Mar system.
• Assist in audits for quality monitoring and compliance.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, labs, and other vendors.
