Qualifications

• 2+ years of production assembly, manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of equipment or processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and quick learner.
• Ability to document production activity accurately.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up automated production equipment for manufacturing runs, verify settings and complete pre‑production checks.
• Operate automated and semi‑automated equipment according to work instructions.
• Monitor equipment performance, output and product quality during runs.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform first-level maintenance.
• Make approved machine adjustments to maintain production and quality.
• Escalate complex issues to technical support.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Record production data, equipment logs and manufacturing documentation.
• Package, label and stage materials with accurate quantities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready work area.
• Collaborate with technicians, Quality and Engineering to meet goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
