Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to ensure residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity in a senior living setting. You will administer meds per physician orders, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents during passes, perform narcotic counts, and maintain clean carts while following infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Monitor residents during and after medication passes, observe for health changes, and report concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts and maintain clean medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards to prevent medication errors and protect resident safety.
