Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents in a senior living environment. You will follow physician orders, ensure the Six Rights of Medication Administration, and document in MAR/TAR in real time.

Responsibilities include observing residents during passes, monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns promptly, and conducting narcotic counts per policy while keeping medication carts clean and compliant with infection control

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must be 18+
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong documentation and communication skills; experience in senior care preferred
