Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents with a focus on dignity and safety. You will follow physician orders, use the Six Rights of Medication Administration, and document in MAR/TAR in real time as you monitor residents during and after passes.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid certification, and demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
