Job summary

CountryHouse 3 in Lincoln, NE, an Agemark Senior Living Community, is hiring a Med Aide for full-time day shifts from 6a to 6p. The role requires working every other weekend and every other Holiday to support our caring residents.

You will administer medications, document care accurately, observe changes, and assist residents with daily living activities. Join a team that values compassion and a family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.

We're currently hiring a Med Aide-Full Time Days who is passionate about helping others and providing the best possible care. This position is a Full-Time 12-hour shift from 6a-6p and requires working every other weekend and every other Holiday.

What You'll Do

• Safely administer medications according to the physician's orders and residents' care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
• Observe residents for any changes in condition, side effects, or concerns, and promptly report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and your fellow team members.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment where everyone feels valued.

What We're Looking For

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, depending on state requirements).
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
