Job summary

You will store medications properly, maintain records, monitor residents, and report changes to the Wellness Director. Educational requirements include a high school diploma; one year of healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred
• Must 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents and assist with daily care and routine.
• Properly store medications and equipment; keep medication room clean and orderly.
• Accurately maintain resident records regarding medication distribution.
• Ensure prescription label and storage procedures meet state standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents; report changes to Wellness Director.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
