Encore Senior Living in Cudahy, WI is seeking a Med Aide to assist with resident care and medication administration in a warm, home-like community. This PRN/Full-Time position offers a full training program and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining records, and monitoring resident health while ensuring safety and dignity for residents. Candidates should be 18+, with health-care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsabilités

• Administer medications to residents and assist with other aspects of their daily care and routine.
• Properly store medications and equipment and keep the medication room clean and orderly.
• Accurately maintain resident records regarding medication distribution.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of the residents and promptly report changes to Wellness Director.
