Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a MECM Endpoint Administrator for our client in the public-sector transportation industry. This onsite role focuses on MECM environment management, software deployments, OS installations, and patching across servers and end-user devices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive MECM experience, PowerShell skills, and strong AD/DNS/DHCP knowledge, with an Associate’s degree or higher. This is a long-term contract based in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management (MECM).
• 3+ years of packaging software for MECM distribution to Windows clients using Bare Metal and Software Center.
• 3+ years of hardware and software patch management experience using MECM and Dell Client System Inventory Agent.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerShell.
• 1+ year of experience with each of the following: Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP scopes, and Sites and Services.
• Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MECM environment following Microsoft best practices and agency policies.
• Package and deploy Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other agency software.
• Deploy Microsoft, Dell, and other hardware and software patches across servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and accessories.
• Report on software deployment status, installed versions, and patch levels.
• Monitor Microsoft AppLocker settings and logs and recommend changes.
• Coordinate software deployments and upgrades with Desktop Support and IT Systems teams.
• Support software and hardware lifecycle requirements, including monthly patch reviews.
