Job summary

Konik is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Osseo, MN for a direct hire opportunity to design, develop, and manufacture industrial systems and components.

You will refine CAD models and drawings, collaborate with production and R&D teams, prototype and test, and drive design improvements to meet quality and cost targets.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and 3+ years in mechanical design, with proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Konik is partnering with a well‑respected manufacturing and engineering firm seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and manufacturing of industrial systems and components. This role combines hands‑on engineering with collaboration across production, R&D, and project management teams to ensure designs are feasible, optimized, and aligned with company standards.

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities

• Develop and refine mechanical designs for production components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with design specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
• Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and documentation to support manufacturing and quality assurance.
