Job summary

Konik is partnering with a well-respected manufacturing and engineering firm to place a Mechanical Engineer in Osseo, MN on a direct hire basis. The role focuses on designing, developing, and manufacturing industrial systems and components while collaborating across production, R&D, and project management teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of mechanical design experience, with strong CAD skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

This role combines hands‑on engineering with collaboration across production, R&D, and project management teams to ensure designs are feasible, optimized, and aligned with company standards.

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities
