100Hires, Inc. is seeking an on-site automation technician in Hanover, PA to maintain and evolve our automation ecosystem from Fanuc robots and PLCs to SCADA/HMI systems.

You will design, troubleshoot, and upgrade control systems, repair electrical components, and produce wiring/PLC drawings while documenting maintenance activities and training production teams.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with Fanuc PLCs and Fanuc robots.
• Preferred experience: Wonderware, SCADA, Ignition.
• Associate degree or 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, servos/VFDs, vision cameras/RFID scanners, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics; comfortable with precision measuring/inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve automation assets across Fanuc robots and PLCs.
• Design, program, troubleshoot, and upgrade machinery and control systems.
• Repair electrical components and validate performance.
• Produce wiring and PLC drawings to engineering requirements.
• Test, install, and integrate PLCs, HMIs, drives, servos, and robotic controllers.
• Train production teams on proper operation and care of automation.
