Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Mason, Ohio, is seeking an hands-on automation specialist to keep complex automated systems running at peak performance and improve them daily. You’ll diagnose root causes across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and controls domains, action preventive maintenance, and support robotics, conveyors, and vision systems.

You will lead structured problem solving with data, document drawings and backups, and partner with Manufacturing Engineering to shorten cycle

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Controls/Mechatronics or related field.
• 5+ years supporting automated manufacturing equipment on the production floor.
• Expert at troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain automated lines to minimize downtime.
• Lead root-cause analysis using data from OEE, MTBF, MTTR and downtime reports.
• Plan and implement capital upgrades and automation enhancements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Operations to lift throughput.
