Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in maintaining material handling equipment and automated systems at our Massachusetts facility. You will perform preventive maintenance and service automated packaging equipment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in MHE repair or conveyors, reads blueprints, and can use CMMS and Microsoft Office. This full-time role offers a safety-first culture and comprehensive benefits, with options

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years in repair of material handling equipment or conveyors.
• 2+ years in preventive/predictive maintenance and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in MHE and conveyors.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the plant.
