Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment throughout the building.

The role requires 2+ years in MHE repair, preventive maintenance, and reading electrical schematics, with CMMS experience and strong MS Office skills. Flexible shifts and a safety-first culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on MHE and conveyors.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, parts, and maintenance data.
• Mentor junior technicians to support growth and learning.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations.
