Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in our facility. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment, and contribute to safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications include 2+ years in MHE or automated conveyors, experience with preventative maintenance, ability to read electrical schematics, CMMS proficiency, and flexibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors and controls.
• 2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all MHE.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with data including labor hours and parts used.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
