Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment or conveyor systems.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of blueprint/electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ years of knowledge with electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Complete predictive and preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues across MHE.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain positive cross-functional relationships.
