Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Orlando, FL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities include safe work practices, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across MHE. On-site role with potential travel and opportunities to grow technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facilities.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Possible travel up to 20% at a minimum.
