Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team with repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and mentor junior technicians.

This role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, adherence to safety procedures, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment.
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Associates or higher in mechanical or electrical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE (belts, motors, relays, etc.).
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facilities.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for long shifts; travel up to 20%.
