Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment while mentoring junior technicians to grow in their roles.

You will promote safety, perform preventative maintenance with documentation, troubleshoot MHE, and collaborate across the facilities team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
Track and store department inventory.
Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
Possible travel up to 20%.
