Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will help install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

In this role you will mentor junior technicians, promote safety, and ensure proper documentation and preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE listed
