Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays and more
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility
• Track and store department inventory
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours with/without accommodation
• Possible travel up to 20% at minimum
