Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in our Minnesota facilities. You’ll repair and maintain material handling equipment and automated packaging systems, install and tune robotic components, and help ensure safe, reliable operation of the equipment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in MHE/automation, schematic literacy, CMMS experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment or automated systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience using CMMS and standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety by following procedures and proper PPE.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on MHE and pneumatic systems.
• Document work orders, labor hours, parts, and maintenance data.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain equipment uptime.
