Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to maintain and repair material handling equipment and robotic systems within a client facility. The role emphasizes safety, hands-on problem solving, and working with a diverse team to ensure continuous operation.

You will repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotics throughout the facility, document routines, and collaborate with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams to uphold CBRE’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
