Job summary

CBRE is seeking Mechatronics and Robotics Technicians to support maintenance of building systems and automate material handling equipment at client facilities. The role includes repairing, maintaining, and continuously improving robotic systems and related equipment across CBRE’s global network.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, etc.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
