Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is launching a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice program designed to train you in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated equipment in a fulfillment center. You will undergo a 9-week training at one of five partner colleges and travel support is provided.

Upon completion, you are promoted to Mechatronics & Robotics Technician. The program emphasizes safety, hands-on learning, and collaboration with Automation Engineers, with pathways to advanced roles and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to enroll in a 9-week training at one of the partner colleges.
• Able to complete one year of On-the-Job Learning after training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety processes on school and shop floor to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform maintenance to detect and prevent problems in mechatronic systems.
• Install, repair, test equipment and components to ensure proper function.
• Learn PLCs and work with Automation Engineers in a lab environment.
