Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering/manufacturing or related field.
- Five years of hands-on Mechatronics systems experience.
- One year of adult education and/or training in Mechatronics operation principles.
Responsibilities
- Promote adaptability by providing instructional and technical assistance for the RAMI/TRAIN and COAST program.
- Determine course goals and objectives for course developments.
- Use varied instructional techniques to present course material.
- Develop instructional techniques for different learning styles.
- Coordinate curriculum, deliverables, and marketing efforts for projects.
- Schedule trainings, register participants, and manage logistics.
