Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in ME/EE/Mechatronics.
• 3+ years in production building test fixtures or tooling.
• Cross‑disciplinary skills across mechanical, electrical, and software.

Responsibilities

• Design and build test fixtures, jigs, and tooling for robot subsystems.
• Develop end‑of‑line and in‑process test stations and software.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, motors, and electronics into fixtures.
• Write test scripts (Python, C/C++, LabVIEW) for data collection and pass/fail.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design to define good parts.
• Iterate fixture designs based on line feedback and product changes.
• Debug fixtures on the floor across mechanical, electrical, and software.
• Document designs, procedures, and calibration steps for technicians.
• Support DFM/DFT feedback to design engineering.
• Perform statistical analysis of quality metrics and feed back processes.
