Position Summary
Build, support, and iterate on prototypes and pre-production units—assembling, diagnosing issues, and driving improvements.
Plan and execute functional testing and validation (mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related as applicable) to confirm performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues across hardware, wiring, sensors, motors, mechanisms, and controls—performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Partner with manufacturing, suppliers, and service teams to resolve build issues, improve quality, and support production schedules.
Specific Duties Include
Support new and existing products through prototype builds, validation, and production readiness—owning issue resolution from discovery to closure.
Assemble, evaluate, and refine electromechanical systems and subassemblies, working hands‑on to improve function, durability, and serviceability.
Develop test plans, collect and analyze data, and document results (findings, recommendations, and corrective actions) to support engineering decisions.
Troubleshoot product and process issues using structured root‑cause methods; coordinate fixes with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
