Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team supporting automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

You’ll schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS while partnering with operations to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience supervising technicians in a fast-paced automation environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and controls troubleshooting.
• Ability to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation, and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime and safety.
• Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work with the maintenance team.
• Guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls and ensure accurate CMMS documentation.
• Partner with Operations to drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coach technicians, track KPIs, and support new automation projects.
