Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team in a high-volume warehouse environment. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive and corrective work, guiding PLCs and controls troubleshooting, ensuring CMMS documentation, and partnering with operations on safety, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives while

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment.
• Strong planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLCs and controls troubleshooting.
• Documentation in CMMS.
• Drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance on automated systems to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.
• Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls.
