Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team supporting automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

You'll schedule preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, ensure CMMS documentation, and partner with operations to drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead a team supporting automated systems in a high-volume warehouse.
• Plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.
• Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work.
• Guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS.
• Partner with operations to drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coach technicians, track KPIs and support new automation projects.
