Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team responsible for maintaining automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. Plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

You will schedule preventive and corrective work, guide PLC and controls troubleshooting, and ensure CMMS documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team.
• Experience with conveyors, robotics and sortation systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment.
• Schedule preventive and corrective work.
• Guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS.
• Partner with operations to drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coach technicians, track KPIs and support new automation projects.
