Job summary

Brunswick's Mercury Marine division is seeking an Engineering Technician on the Mechatronics team in Fond du Lac to assemble, test, troubleshoot and collect data for actuator solutions used in marine drive applications.

You will bridge electrical and mechanical core skills in a fast-paced lab, maintain the test lab, set up data acquisition equipment, and support DVP execution from concept to production with hands-on fabrication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of lab experience in a fast-paced product development environment.
• Experience with Hydraulic, Electrohydraulic or Electromechanical actuators.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, sensors, power electronics, motors.
• Ability to fabricate or machine components.
• Ability to set up data acquisition equipment (E-daq, Dewesoft, HMG 4000).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot and collect data on actuator products.
• Maintain a cohesive, organized lab space and perform component-level tests.
• Assist with hardware setup for Marine applications and on-water testing.
• Contribute to solutions via design reviews and brainstorming.
• Fabricate and machine components to support DVP execution.
