Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking an Electromechanical Technician on Mercury Marine's Engine Test Services team. You will handle instrumentation application, repairs, calibrations, and a range of AC and low voltage DC electrical work, with emphasis on initiative and problem solving.

The role supports ISO compliance, CMMS-driven work orders, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable testing and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2 year technical school in a technical/electrical field or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuits and wiring.
• Ability to read technical literature and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with entering repair records into CMMS.
• Preferred: 3+ years of instrumentation application and calibration.
• Preferred: State electrical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide instrumentation selection based on applications.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation.
• Perform calibrations and maintain calibration records.
• Use software systems to perform calibrations.
• Manage instrumentation asset management system.
• Complete minor electrical installs and control panel wiring.
• Create and manage work orders using a CMMS.
• Help develop preventive maintenance and calibration procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Safety & Regulatory standards.
• Maintain a customer-centric service approach.
