The role covers end-to-end development from ideation to deployment, with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration in a startup-style environment.

You will address actuation, kinematics, sensor integration and embedded controls, make design decisions for scale, contribute to test plans and documentation, and iterate hardware based on

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of mechatronics, mechanism design, kinematics and dynamics.
• Hands-on hardware development bridging theory and practice.
• Experience solving ambiguous problems with minimal oversight.
• Ability to lead reviews and communicate risks clearly.
• Experience with 3D CAD, 2D drawings, and manufacturability considerations.

Responsibilities
