Job summary

Motivo is seeking diverse Mechatronics Engineers to join our team as we tackle challenging design and prototyping projects across mobility, aerospace, robotics, and clean energy. You will own ideation, system-level design, and hands-on hardware bring-ups while collaborating with CEOs/CTOs to shape product viability.

We value engineers who can contribute across at least two disciplines, with experience in electrical, mechanical, or software domains, and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Engineer with proficiency in electrical, mechanical and/or software engineering.
• Experience in hardware design (PCB, wire harness) and firmware development (C/C++, controls).
• Capabilities in mechanism design, prototyping, testing, analysis (static, dynamic, thermal).
• Ability to contribute across at least two engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Ideation and feature definition for client projects.
• System-level design and integration across disciplines.
• Manage client and vendor relationships.
• Hands-on hardware bring-ups and prototyping.
• Influence product strategy and viability at the executive level.
