Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Mechatronics Development Manager to lead engineers across mechanical, electrical, and software domains for ADT and Water Truck autonomous kits.

You will direct design, testing, deployment, and support, ensuring milestones and budgets are met while driving rugged, field-ready solutions. You will manage functional requirements, collaborate with autonomy software and field teams, and mentor engineers to grow capabilities in a dynamic, dust and mud–prone

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years leading mechatronics or robotics teams.
• Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and embedded software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the mechatronics development team.
• Ensure milestones and budgets are met within approved limits.
• Define functional requirements and design specifications.
• Review solutions to ensure they meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with vehicle integration, autonomy software, and field teams.
