Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation or related field.
- Hands-on lab/workshop experience and ability to teach in a community college setting.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and IoT-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate STEM courses and labs in STCC's STEM Studies and EET programs.
- Supervise labs, advise students, and coordinate the new STEM Studies degree program.
- Develop updated lab materials reflecting industry technologies (automation, Industry 4.0, energy systems).
- Collaborate with industry partners to align outcomes with workforce needs.
