Job summary

IQSIGHT, a global provider of intelligence‑first video security solutions, seeks a senior mechanical engineer focused on electromechanical product development. You will design mechatronic systems from concept to production, drive technical execution in a small team, and collaborate across disciplines to meet performance and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 5+ years in electromechanical product development with series production.
• Experience designing mechatronic systems integrating mechanical and electronic hardware.
• Experience directing junior colleagues and communicating complex topics clearly.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on mechanical and electromechanical subsystem design from concept through series production.
• Act as engineer on development projects and drive technical execution in a small team.
• Develop architectures meeting performance, cost, reliability and time‑to‑market goals.
• Support lifecycle management, BOM maintenance, and supplier collaboration.
• Mentor early‑career engineers and ensure successful system integration.
