Job summary

Talent Search PRO is seeking a Senior Specialist, Mechanical Engineer to drive design, development, and qualification tasks on precision mechanisms and electro-mechanical hardware within a program team. The role emphasizes ownership of larger system aspects and hands-on lab work.

Candidate should have 3D modeling experience (Creo), strong hardware design skills, and the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplined environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. (Active within the last two years will be considered)
• Favorable polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Performs CAD design assignments and prepares drawings and schematics with proper tolerances.
• Maintains design documentation in line with program requirements and standards.
• Generates technical data package components (parts and assemblies) and supports testing.
• Leads or participates in design reviews (PDRs/CDRs) and product change discussions.
• Supports field testing and serves as ME field representative as needed.
