Qualifications

• Pursuing a final-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Interest in fluid/mechanical systems and data center cooling is a plus.
• Exposure to CAD tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design activities for liquid cooling systems (SFN, CDUs).
• Assist CAD layouts, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Research and prototype builds; aid supplier coordination and cross-functional teams.
• Support product development and continuous improvement projects.
