Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration/Test Engineer Stf in Marietta, GA. You will deliver end-to-end integration and test solutions meeting customer requirements while balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Five years of mechanical testing experience including tensile, compressive, and fatigue testing.
  • Willing to support extended/off shift work and on‑call requirements.
  • Able to lift 10 lbs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Integration/Test Engineer Stf you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end integration and test solutions that meet customer contractual requirements while balancing technical, schedule and cost constraints.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or related engineering or science degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Willing to support extended and off shift work schedules and on-call requirements
  • Willing and able to work in a laboratory environment by themselves or with other team members
  • Five years of mechanical testing experience including tensile, compressive, and fatigue testing.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs.
Desired Skills
  • Hands on experience working in a lab environment performing mechanical testing
  • Familiar with reading and following MIL, ASTM, and proprietary specifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience developing test fixutres and testing requirements for to perform unique one off mechanical tests
  • Experience working with and trouble shooting MTS universal machines
  • Experience programming environmental test chambers
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
