New Belgium Brewing Company is seeking a working supervision position responsible for leading a team of highly skilled technicians to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot brewery systems across the facility.
The role emphasizes strong leadership, extensive mechanical expertise, and knowledge of brewing processes. You will manage maintenance planning, safety procedures, and participate in on-call mechanical programs within a dynamic production environment.
This is a working supervisor positions that is responsible for leading a team comprised of highly skilled technicians. This position will ensure proper maintenance of brewery systems, as well as the ability to maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting mechanical systems in all areas of the brewery.
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
